The Associated Press reports Cleveland Indians C Victor Martinez injured his left leg Monday, March 31, in the second inning when he stumbled while running from first base to second. Martinez was able to walk off the field without assistance and he was replaced by C Kelly Shoppach at the top of the third inning.
